Shipping Policy

We are proud to ship orders directly to you.

Orders are shipped Monday or Tuesday. Transit time is 1-2 days, depending on location. Orders placed after 12:00 AM on Sunday will be sent the following week. You will receive an email with the tracking number of your order once the order has been sent. All meat is shipped frozen and on ice to maintain temperature during shipment.

Please note: We ship our beef through UPS, and do not require signature upon arrival. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that someone will be available to receive the item(s) at the time of delivery. Engler Beef is not responsible for contacting the customer prior to delivery. If the delivery is a gift, then we recommend having the tracking info forwarded to the recipient a head of time.
