In Burroughs' words, the Family Blend has a "rich, buttery flavor" and a "smooth, balanced profile with a hint of peppery" finish. It's a cold-pressed blend of Arbequina, Arbosana and Gretchinina olives, Regenerative Organic Certified, and grown and harvested by the Burroughs family.
