Corned Beef Brisket

Our grass fed and finished Corned Beef Brisket is a customer favorite! Full of classic flavor, it is fall apart tender and absolutely delicious when cooked low and slow. All of our corned beef briskets are brined, and we are offering either a seasoned or unseasoned option this year. 

Ingredients: Contains up to a 20 % solution of water, salt, garlic and spices, Sodium Erythobrate, and Sodium Nitrate. If seasoned, it also contains a mix of dried seasonings.
