From Point Reyes Saltworks, made in small batches along the Point Reyes coast. Seawater from Tomales Bay is slowly concentrated by wind and sun, then each batch is finished by hand over a low wood fire.
Light, delicate crystals with a bright, oceanic flavor and a savory mineral finish. Great on vegetables, eggs, grilled meats, seafood, pasta, salads, roasted potatoes and fresh bread.
